Where have I been?

Hi everybody!

Sorry that I haven't been blogging on the new Jo Dee "events".  I recently had eye surgery (please forgive any spelling errors) and can't see very well.  I had the PRK procedure done but it is a very long healing process.  Mostly all I see are "ghost" images.  Everything is blurry and it's very difficult to see or read, let alone type.  I can't wait until I can see clearly!  It is so great not to have to wear glasses or contacts anymore!  Wheeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!  Liberating! :)

I will be posting some blogs from a special guest very soon.  (Sorry, not Jo Dee).  She works in the music business running her very own company.  (You go girl!).  She is very busy but has been kind enough to agree to write a few "guest" blogs for my site since I can't see.  Plus, I think it will be great to have an industry person’s point of view on things.  For example, why Curb released an entirely new song (that was not on the original album list) instead of the song "Unmistakable”.  I know I'm curious about that.  I mean Jo Dee was told for months that the next single would be "Unmistakable".  She has told her fans the same thing.  Here we are waiting for that song with anticipation.....................................and BOOM!  "Shine" comes out and throws everyone for a loop.  Surprise!  I was kind of disappointed at first.  I had been waiting eagerly for "Unmistakable".   We sort of got blind sided.  But I have to say that as much as I love "Unmistakable", I also love "Shine".  Hey, the lady could sing names out of the phone book and I would probably love it!

 :D

"Shine" has received an amazing response from radio.  This could finally be "the one" my friends!  I will be posting a blog on requesting songs from your radio stations by our Guest Blogger very soon!  Let's get ready!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
