Hey Las Vegas, ready or not, here I come!

Brace yourselves people.  I�m feeling very sarcastic today! Hee hee hee! 

Well, Friday afternoon I get on a plane for my first trip to Vegas. And the longest plane ride of my life. 

6 hours!! 

Alone!! 

Oy!! 

Now, I am bringing my laptop so I will have something to amuse myself with (I hope).  I wish I could get on the internet during the flight but, no dice on Southwest.  I'm just really worried that I might get antsy or claustrophobic.  (Can somebody open a window? I need some air!).  I wish I had Samantha�s powers on Bewitched.  One nose twitch and I�d be there!  Hey, I can dream.

And I�m a little scared about the airplane bathroom.  I have only used an airline bathroom once.  That was in 1990 on my way to Florida.  I try to avoid them at all costs.  But being on the plane for 6 hours�.I�m may be forced to use one.  Ick!  It�s like a port-o-potty at 2000 feet!   I think I�ll just cross my legs and not drink anything.

But on to the best part of Vegas!  I can�t wait to see my friend Michelle!   And we will be seeing three Jo Dee Messina concerts in a row!!!  Woo hoo!!! Merry Christmas to me!! 

And I really want to see the lion and tiger (no bears � oh my!) habitats.  (I love animals!)  The King Tut exhibit looks interesting too.  Oh, I can�t wait to get there!!!!

Of course I will be taking tons of concert photos to share with everyone when I get back.

So cross your fingers for me on Friday (and Monday when I return)!  I�ll be taking the Dramamine before I get on the plane and praying to fall asleep. 

Here I come Las Vegas!  You�d better watch out!

Ok, gotta go start packing.........................................................

So you're nervous about the flight huh? Well, let me remind you of something my dear friend. Picture it, Nashville, June 2008...... (Golden Girls moment lol) You were driving and I was terrified in the passengers seat. You nearly drove into what I believe is the deepest ditch I've ever seen. I remember saying to you, "Just Drive follow the white lines." I thought for sure we were going into that ditch. For those of you reading this that weren't there...... There is NO way we would've gotten out of that ditch without a tow truck. Crazy lady. So the moral of the story is, as long as you are not flying the plane you'll be fine. lol <br> <br>In less than 24 hours we'll both be on our way to Vegas. I can't wait! It will be tons of fun! Tequila here I come!
